The Clock is counting down.
Day by day, hour by hour, second by second, you’re getting closer to the day you die Whether it be 70 years from now or 5 days from now. It’s getting closer. So enjoy the people, and the time that you do have. The clocks ticking, start working out like you should have because eventually your body will never have the possibility of looking as good as it will in these years of youth. Spend time with your parents because like you they have a clock, and when they’re gone you’ll wish to spend just a moment with them like you could right now. Do your school work, there is few things in this world that you’ll regret more than looking back at your wasted potential.

“I’ve spent the majority of my life in gyms, but sometimes I find inspiration from depressing things, I’ll share a true story that makes me go through hell a lot of days because I simply can.
when I was in the ER one time for a broken bone, they pushed a kid past me and he ended up like a curtain or two over or whatever. he/she I really couldn’t tell had lukemia/cancer something that made them bald, and very frail, they were probably 10/11 or something but looked like a starved sick six year old.
I’m waiting by myself so I’m hearing everything going on, and some people come to talk and real quickly my stomach gets that cold type feeling because I realize they’re either from make a wish or more likely relatives talking to the kid about what they’re gonna wish for. I sorta wish I didn’t hear what was said as it literally is something I think about at least once a week or so.
“So if we go to disneyland I can be anything as well?”
“Yeah, we’ll get you dressed up and you’ll go as anything you want”
“I want to be a goonie” (this was 90’s if you don’t know movie google it)
“A what? “why?”
parents explain they’ve had movie on replay.
Kid replies “Because goonies never die, and I won’t have to be in heaven first waiting for you guys by myself”
I don’t how this comes across on text, but in person it was said with the voice of hope, like a young kid has figured out how to avoid the death that they’re trying to face. It was said with such honest and innocent sincerity, that I hobbled out of room into bathroom to literally cry like I don’t think I ever have. about someone I never really saw or knew but was clearly on their way out of this world.
so instead of natural born killers by ice cube or something that i used to listen to, i just remember parts of that story and I push through pain, and roll a few more times or drill technique.
So people are used to hearing me say “Because I can” when I’m killing myself or pushing harder than they think is healthy and probably guess I’m saying it trying to be a bad ass. In reality it’s all based off of that one experience.”

The Truth
My Football coach in High school always told me the hardest thing in life for anyone to do and that just about no one ever does is to be a good person, especially with girls.After a while you get tired of being a good person, you just get tired of trying. I’ve been Abstinent since junior year, simply trying to be a good person with great moral character. Going to college I expected there to be good wholesome girls looking to settle down. That was the opposite of what I found haha.Girls complain why dudes treat them the way they do all and when I hear that I’ll just laugh and a smile, knowing that one points dudes thought the same way. Now let me just say that dudes do whatever it is that girls like in dudes. There would be not that many people working so hard as they do if it wasn’t for a girls want to have a dude with a nice car, house, body. Because if girls didn’t want that there would be a shit ton more fat, broke dudes out there. So when girls complain why there isn’t anymore “good guys” remember on what females have created in other guys minds when they see who they’re bringing home.

Shipping off Tomorrow
It’s been a long time coming. Since the seventh grade and during my time in the USNSCC I had dreamed for the day I could take the steps to becoming a Marine Officer. Now I sit here with my friends as they play a game of FIFA, and just cannot fathom the importance and the excitement of what’s to come. Tomorrow’s a big day I’m heading to OCS. A phrase I’ve wanted to live my entire life.

Tough Luck
I’m stuck between two paths. I live an abstinent life because I see love as a greater force than sex in any relationship and follow through with not smoking or drinking, but I like to go out and party on weekends and go dance with girls, and all that college life goodness. The problem that it lies with is that its difficult to find a respectable females at social events like that with similar tastes. So whats a bro to do?
